Talk about stress from my last update. Orders are in the works for Belgium. We had an idea that this would be happening but now it really looks like it is a go. We don't have orders in hand but Bryan has been talking to and meeting in person the people that are in charge in Belgium through the school he is in right now and they really want him. This will be a great opportunity for him because they want him to be 1st sergeant. This will be great for promotion time! We will be stationed in Mons, Belgium a bit outside of Brussels. He already has a friend there from his last school when he was in Arizona last year. He is the commander of the unit Bryan will be in. He is the reason we were able to get this assignment and we have been talking with him and his family about the area. They love it, live in a cute house with a yard and are very happy. A yard...what is that?! Coco will be in heaven! The area seems very small and village-like so who knows what is actually available. We are an hour from Brugge, 45 minutes from France border, 2 hours to Paris, 1 1/2 hrs to Amsterdam, 4 hours from Diana in England and 5 hours from Jill in Stuttgart! This will be a 3 year assignment, which scares me. It's hard to be so far away from family. But, I will get to be a full time mom again, which I am really having a hard time with right now! I really miss being home with Gabi and now I'll get to be home with both of my babies!!! SO...start saving your pennies and come for a visit! Brush up on your French and bring your walking shoes!
